Crabcakes & Cannabis is Hiring an Event/Sales Manager!
Crabcakes & Cannabis is a local apparel and lifestyle brand that celebrates the best the Free State has to offer. Our products are available in several Maryland dispensaries and we participate as a vendor in local events and festivals year-round. We are looking for a high-energy, reliable person to work part-time directly with our Founder to help grow Crabcakes & Cannabis! The ideal candidate would have sales and retail experience, social media savvy, and a commitment to helping the brand grow.
Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and develop wholesale client relationships including outreach, order preparation, invoicing, and inventory upkeep

Event Management: Booth set-up, transportation of supplies, management of event team, and on-site sales including weekends and evenings.

Scouting, planning and organization of event and pop-up opportunities

Fulfilling online orders via Shopify

Customer Service
-
Collaborating with design team on marketing, discounts, and new products

Maintaining social media activity (including adding stories, interacting with followers, growing brand impressions)

Friendly, outgoing personality

Experience in Retail/Sales

Detail-oriented, responsible, hard-working

Self-motivated

Social media savvy (photography skills a plus)

Reliable transportation
- Must be able safely to lift up to 40 lbs. This job requires setup and breakdown of event displaysÂ
